Lifestyle is way of living of individuals, families (households), and societies, which they manifest in coping with their physical, psychology, social, and economic environments on a day-to-day basis.
In general, lifestyle in every city, town, state and or country differs. Especially that of Lagos and Abuja which are the top, famous and great cities in the country.
Difference between Lagos lifestyle and Abuja lifestyle
Lagos is one of the largest cities in Africa that has so many people from different tribes, ethnic groups, religions and others. I live in Lagos and I know how the lifestyle is a little. Abuja is the Federal Capital and there are few good programs that are held there too.
Most programs are always held in Lagos example like the Social Media Week, Heineken Lagos Fashion Week, London Lagos Fashion Week, Gtb Lagos Fashion Weekend and many more amazing events and programs. Programs and Events like this are rarely or never held at Abuja.
Tourism and Adventurous Places
There are no beaches in or at Abuja but they have some nice places though on like Lagos. In Lagos there are so many amazing places to visit like the Lekki Conservation Centre, Elegushi Beach, Takwa Bay and many more amazing places to visit.
Lifestyle is a composite of motivations, needs, and wants and is influenced by factors such as culture, family, reference groups, and social class.
Everyone in Lagos is a hustler; they are always busy working or doing something that will bring them money. Managing your Finances here in Lagos is not an easy thing to do. You will surely spend more than you are suppose to just to live up to the standard of other or trying to be like others. I doubt Abuja people live that kind of Life and work as much as Lagosians.
Transport by air or land are easy to get and are quite affordable. There are always traffic in certain places at certain times but transportation are easy to get which can be either tricycle, commercial buses, BRT and many others. In Abuja they mostly use cabs and they have less traffic on like lagos
I think I was able talk much about Lagos than Abuja because I haven’t spent much time at Abuja. I have few friends in Abuja and I’ll really love to visit them to know how Abuja life is a little.
What can you say about Abuja for those at Abuja or have visited Abuja????
