Lekki Conservation Centre: My Experience

Lekki Conservation Center is a place I’ll love to visit again. It was actually a blogger day out with many other blogger which was organized by Alice of (TBA) The Bloggers Advocate.

I love TBA they have helped me grow in many ways, thanks so much. I really enjoyed myself, it was on a Sunday, and we were supposed to me at Gbagada at Domino Store/Shop.

We got delayed by the bus driver and their company, we decided to take Taxify and Uber instead. We got to Lekki and waited for the rest of us before going for the adventurous canopy walk.

I met other bloggers space.Adura of Adoorah.com, Fareedah of Thereedarh.com, Uche of EleganceIQ, Marlyne of Northernigbo.com, Anuli of Kriysten.com, Destiny of Deeawata.com, Labake of Labakeany.com and many others.

After resting, we were given a wrist ticket for passage which we paid for. We were also given the goody bags that was put together by Alice from the brands that wanted to collaborate with us.

After all this, we started walking on a wooden bridge that lead us to the canopy walk space. I saw an Alligator but it doesn’t seem to be Alive.

You can’t walk on the canopy walk bridge if you are scared of heights.

We were told only 6-8 people are allowed to walk on the bridge of the canopy walk. We went higher and higher while climbing about 3 of the bridges, and we had to climb 3 bridges back down.

My phone battery went flat and had to go charge it. I left the others behind and rushed back to where I’ll get electricity because my mum call will come in any moment.

On my way out of the little jungle alone, I almost got lost but I later saw some people that set me on the right part. Less I forget, I saw a tall tree that has a tree house on it.

Getting out of the mini jungle, the bus that was supposed to come and pick us was already waiting. I and two others had to go back inside to check for them. They were no where to be found, so we had to go back and wait for them to come out.

Lekki

They spent so much time that I wondered what they were doing, but to my created surprise they took beautiful and amazing pictures. Why didn’t they call me to come take pictures them. I was so unhappy.

Lekki

To be candid, I was jealous. These pictures look awesome and perfect. They also climbed the tree, I missed a lot. Between, my mum called to know where I was, maybe on my way back or still there.

When they finally got out, we headed home, but the bus was to drop up where we were supposed to be picked in the morning. Then from there everyone finds his or her way home. Everyone got home safely but late in the night.

Xoxo,

Royalbiba.

You seem to have had loads of fun. I envy you right now. I was actually supposed to come but I just couldn’t make it. Work at the time was extremely stressful.

I am happy I will be getting out of that box for full time blogging. I had desperately looked forward to the canopy walk and all the stuff I saw from last year. I look forward to another time with bloggers, it will be my first meet up and I can’t wait to have it soonest.
